POTD: Edgar Wright Teases ‘Ant Man’ | /Film

I pee’d a little when I saw him tweet this.

I’ve been way to excited about the RUMORS for this, I can’t even begin to tell you how ecstatic I’d be for it to finally come to fruition!

Whenever mentioned, though, I seem to get a fair amount of either lackluster or unenthusiastic responses. Most people claiming the simple idea of an “Ant Man” just doesn’t seem to work well for the big screen or grasp anyone’s initial attention.

Regardless, Henry is a founding member of the Avengers, and “corny” or not, I’d love to see this movie. ESPECIALLY if it’s directed by Wright. I have a feeling since The Avengers have already been well established, this film will be a stand-alone. I can only hope to see the character interact with my Aveng-bros in the future, though.

Couldn’t Ant Man change his size as well as having the strength of an ant? Or am I thinking of another hero?

Either way, I’ve heard rumors of Ant Man, Doctor Strange, Wasp, and Black Panther.

If any of those get made by Marvel Studios as it is now I will sit in the theater chair turning into Agent Coulson.
