Sister Superior Ephrael Stern, the Thrice-Born of the Order of Our Martyred Lady. When she was sent to Parnis to investigate the lost convent of the Order Pronatus, she discovered that the demon they once studied broke free and shaped all 700 sisters into the Screaming Cage, binding together their bodies and souls so their pain and suffering was amplified (but in turn, so was their faith). When she fell in battle, free of Chaos taint, the 700 souls of these sisters poured their power, knowledge, and secrets into her, returning her to life and healing her wounds and filling her with immaculate power.
Only Sister Stern returned from Parnis, nearly insane. She was held in a cell for four years to determine whether she was tainted by Chaos, until a deamon-possessed sister tried to kill her, to silence her. Stern killed her assailant with her bare hands. Stern was sent with Inquisitor Silas Hand to Parnis to investigate what happened there further. During which, the Sisters trapped in the Screaming Cage had finished their task and poured the last of themselves and their knowledge into Sister Stern. In the ensuing fighting, Inquisitor Hand sacrificed himself to defeat the Daemon Asteroth. Once again, Stern was the only survivor.
She is now hunted by the Ordo Malleus (who have demanded her death), and the forces of Chaos as well, such as the Thousand Sons sorcerer Ahriman; in order to escape his clutches, she stabbed herself in the heart and killing herself a second time. But as she was buried, a light of the warp but not of the warp revived her a second time. She has now embraced her powers and even used them to defeat a Culexus Assassin sent to kill her. She was last seen traveling with the Eldar named Pariah into the webway. Along with Cypher, she may present the greatest hope for the Imperium.

I don’t know who made this exquisite art work but I absolutely love it. If anyone knows who made it, can you link me to any of their other art?
